Each product is designed with care to bring inspiration, personalization, and charm to your home or office.

Q: Are your products customizable?
A: Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, messages, or designs. Please note that customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.


2. Orders and Processing

Q: What is your order cut-off time?
A: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time, New York are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Handling time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package until delivery.


3. Shipping

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Standard transit time is 3–5 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to U.S. addresses only.

Q: What should I do if my order is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item or packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.


4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in new condition. Returns must be shipped by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes, exchanges are accepted for eligible items. Please contact us before returning the product to ensure proper processing.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Q: Are personalized items refundable?
A: No. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or not as described.
